Plans & Engineering

We offer complete construction plans and structrual engineering.  Hydraulic systems are engineered for your project.  Plumbing and electrcial schematics, architectural details, and equipment specifications are included, along with workmanship standards.  Everything needed to obtain a building permit.

Construction Management

We can also manage your construction project.  We can provide site visits and inspections of your contractor's work, functioning as the Owner's Rep.  We can also directly contract and manage the construction of your project.  Either way, you will be guaranteed that your complex project is flawless.
